For this purpose, I only request your name, email address, the subject of the contact, and a description field for you to explain your case.

Comments Form: To encourage your participation and express your ideas, this website has comment forms where, in addition to your comment, personal data is collected for moderation, publishing, or responding if necessary.

Under no circumstances will this website allow, approve, or publish comments that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, religious, political, which could attack the dignity of individuals, youth, and childhood, gender violence, promote violence or illegal acts, any type of mistreatment against people or animals, etc.

Each user is solely responsible for the comments they make, and in no case will these comments express or represent the opinions of the site Arguinzone.com.

What are your rights regarding your data?

Your data is stored in my database in a table that holds the website’s contacts. In this table, your data will be processed solely to manage the business relationship between you and me.

This data will be stored on the servers of my provider, WebEmpresa, which are located in Canada.

This privacy policy will be valid for the data provided on the Arguinzone.com website and is not extendable to information collected by other websites, even if they are linked to this site.

Retention Period of Your Data

Your data is stored indefinitely and is only disassociated if you explicitly request us to delete it from our database whenever you wish.

For my site to function and provide you with the service you deserve, I need to contract third-party services, which is why I share the information you provided me with at times. However, this is always in line with my Privacy Policy, as well as that of my providers.

WebEmpresa: To run my site and allow you to view it, it needs to be hosted on a hosting server. My site, all its content, the database, and your information will be hosted on this server. There are many providers for this service in the market, and in my particular case, I use WebEmpresa for the advantages it offers. This provider is in Spain, and its data center is located in Canada.

Automattic Inc.: This company in the United States is the creator of WordPress, a CMS system that allows creating and managing websites. I designed and structured my site on this platform.

Google: This company, headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, with various offices worldwide, offers “Google Analytics” among its products. This service uses cookies to gather information about your visit to my site, allowing me to generate statistics. This information is directly transmitted and stored on Google’s servers.

Data about Your Browsing

Every time you visit my website or any internet page, you leave information about the places you’ve visited, your IP address, country of origin, time spent on each page, and a set of additional data.

This information is used to establish statistics such as the number of visitors, most visited pages, sought-after content, and other information that allows me to improve the website.

For this reason, it’s important to know that Arguinzone.com doesn’t engage in any practices that promote SPAM. As a preventive measure, direct email sending is only through my personal account, and only if you request specific information.
